How the switching service worksOur switching service has been designed to be simple, reliable and you will be guided by our team at every step.
STEP 1Talk to usTalk to our team about switching to us and agree a switch over date, then let your old accountant know and give them permission to speak to us.
STEP 2Your detailsWe will contact your old accountant to get your accounts and tax details. We are also required to check with them that there is no reason we cannot accept appointment.
STEP 3Our processesWe will carry out our engagement processes, which include sending you our engagement letter to sign and we will perform the necessary anti-money laundering checks.
STEP 4Telling HMRCWe’ll take care of moving your accounts from your old accountant. We will also notify HMRC of your decision to appoint us as your new agents. They will then send you some codes – just let us have them once you receive them.
STEP 5Change addressIf you want, we will move your registered office address and directors’ service address to Boox.
STEP 6Switched!All done we look forward to working with you.
